Creationists would have you believe that some guy in the sky designed all life on Earth. The guy is also supposed to be infallible. Which begs the question how come he stuffed up these ten animal designs so badly?
Interesting post, but I disagree with #1. The oxygen content in water is too low for gills to extract enough of it to support a highly active, warm blooded creature such as a whale. Lungs can get much more oxygen out of air than gills can from water, so it’s actually the only way they can even exist.
